Development of the online community „Clearface People“ for Dr. Scheller-Cos- metics with its sub-brand MANHATTAN- CLEARFACE.

With its clear, simple design and excep- tionally user-friendly navigation, the Clearface-People community will be cus- tom-made for its teenage target group.

The „Momentum“, a special online event, will occur every three months to attract both the community and new members to become part of a big „online happen- ing“. These events play an important role of the CRM strategy underlined with specific health care information and live chats with experts.

Besides that all members, based on their activity within the community, will be able to earn „CLEARSTARS“ – the community‘s currency – and use them for purchasing product sets or increase their chance of winning within competitions.
